GALACTIC'S 'FROM THE CORNER TO THE BLOCK TOUR'

Galactic is pleased to announce their Fall tour which is to begin on October 11th in Flagstaff, AZ.  This six week trek is in support of the band's highly anticipated upcoming record 'From the Corner to the Block' which is due out on August 21st on Anti-.  In the collaborative spirit of this new record, MCs from the album will be on hand throughout the tour and shows will blend Galactic's trademark high energy funk with modern day hip hop.  All tour dates will feature the explosive Boots Riley (of The Coup) as well as an opening set by Lifesavas (who's members include Vursatyl who appears on 'Find My Way Home'  from the album).  Select dates will also feature the supremely talented Chali 2na (of Jurassic 5) and master lyricist Mr. Lif.
