each year, cities from Rio de Janeiro to New Orleans all vibrate
with the same exhilarating energy—it's called Carnivale,

the new studio album from Galactic that fuses these two vibrant

time around Galactic has collaborated with musicians and performers

Album Release Party at Tiptina's
Happy new year everyone.
We’re gearing up for an action packed 2012 that will take
us all over the map in support of our new album Carnivale
Electricos that comes out on Feb. 21. The celebration begins
at home as we kick off the Mardi Gras party with a show at Tipitina’s
on Saturday Feb. 18. Come out and join us again at Tip’s
on Feb. 20 as we celebrate both the arrival of Fat Tuesday and
Carnivale Electricos at the stroke of midnight. We can’t
think of a better way to celebrate than by partying all night
long with all of you. Special guests The
Soul Rebels will join us for the release party, and the familiar
faces of Corey Glover and Corey Henry will be with us both nights.
More special guests will be announced soon.

Florida Run Announced with Toubab Krewe, Trombone Shorty and More!
We are excited to announce Galactic's
2012 Florida Run which will find Galactic tearing
through the state bolstered by the vocal prowess of Living
Colour's Corey
Glover and the trombone virtuosity of Corey
Henry. Exclusive presale tickets are available for
all shows through Galactic Ticketing starting today! The festivities
will kick off with special guests Toubab
Krewe for shows in Jacksonville on January 5th and
then Orlando on the 6th. Galactic's final landlocked show before
the Jam Cruise voyage at sea will take place at St. Petersburg’s
State Theatre on the 7th. Galactic will headline the official
Jam Cruise after party along with Trombone
Shorty at The Revolution in Fort Lauderdale on the
14th. A limited amount of discounted tickets for this show
will be made available to Jam Cruise passengers.
